Roasting Marshmallows

Is a dude ranch really a ranch if there are no campfires?  Luckily, we don’t have to worry about that because at the Rockin’ R in Antimony, Utah we love to end our days with a good old-fashioned campfire, complete with roasting marshmallows. Whether you’re a slow “roaster” who carefully turns the stick so that the marshmallow comes out a beautiful golden brown, or “flaming” roaster who likes your marshmallow black, there’s nothing quite like the gooey taste of a hot marshmallow to bring back memories of your youth.

Campfire Stories

There’s no better way to melt away the worries of the soul than to be mesmerized by dancing flames against a dark-night sky filled with more stars than you’ve ever seen before. Sharing campfire stories and enjoying a sweet treat on a real Utah dude ranch is the perfect end to a perfect day.

    Fishing

    A few miles from the Rockin’ R Ranch in Antimony, Utah there are streams and a lake for your fishing pleasure. You’ll want to bring your own fishing gear; but we also have gear you can rent at the Front Desk.

    ATVing

    There are many trails near the Rockin’ R Ranch including the ATV Paiute Trail, rated as one of the best trails in the country by Dirt Wheels magazine. Bring your own ATV to explore the beauty of Southern Utah.

    Sightseeing

    The Rockin’ R dude ranch is only 45 minutes north of scenic Bryce Canyon National Park. You’ll want to find time before or after your stay with us to fully explore all this natural wonder has to offer.
