Lodging Information:

Our Lundgreen family is continually growing, and the number of rooms at the Ranch isn't. As we did at our last reunion, we're adding some additional options for lodging. Anyone who wants to camp out in their own tent can set it up near the pond. You'll be able to shower and use the bathrooms on the second floor of the lodge. If there is enough demand for it, the Ranch can set up a large wall tent that we use for our cattle drives, and you can join others and sleep in it. We also have five parking areas in the parking lot east of the tennis court with electrical hookups for RV's. Four of them have 110 electrical, and one has 220. There are no water hookups. For rooms in the lodge, we have some rooms with one queen bed (these rooms are for one or two people with no other children or a baby with a portable crib), rooms with two beds, a few rooms that have two doubles and a twin bed, and the four rooms in the building by the tennis court that each have a double bed and two sets of bunkbeds (one with a trundle, so seven beds total). Please request the one that will work best for your family and we'll do all we can to accommodate you. Those who respond first, will have first choice of rooms and are more apt to get the rooms with queen-size beds, rather than double-size beds. There won't be enough rooms for families to have more than one room, so you're welcome to have extra kids bring sleeping bags for the floor, or for the large tent outside. If you have a request for a specific room or area of the lodge, please note it below in the "Additional Comments" section. Or if you want to combine two small families in a room, please note it. The cost below is not only for lodging, but also includes some ranch activities. The cost is the same whether you stay one night or two nights.

Ranch Activities

In addition to our own “Lundgreen Family” activities, there will be some Ranch activities available, also. It helps in our planning if we know how many in your family will be participating in the following ranch activities. Keep in mind that these activities are not offered on Sunday, so you probably won't have time to participate in all of them, so please choose carefully.

Additional Comments


FAMILY REUNION FEES:

All Fees will be collected upon your arrival at the Ranch. If you prefer to mail your payments in advance, please mail them no later than August 15, 2015, to our Reservations Office at: Rockin’ R Ranch, 10274 Eastdell Drive, Sandy, UT 84092. The "Reunion Fee" (immediately below) must be paid by cash or check (no credit cards). Checks for the reunion fee must be made payable to "Camille Ovard". The other two fees can be combined and must be paid to Rockin’ R Ranch. Because of the costs involved with credit card processing, we ask that you pay by cash or check. However, if you must pay by credit card, we accept Visa and Mastercard only.

Reunion Fee: (covers cost of supplies for games, crafts, treats, directories, etc.):

  • $16 per couple
    $ 8 per single adult age 22 and older
    $ 4 per child between age 3 and 21

Lodging & Ranch Activities Fee:

  • Price depends upon which lodging option you chose above.

Meal Fee: (includes 7 meals from lunch on Saturday until lunch on Monday.)

Gratuities:
The Rockin’ R Ranch employees do a wonderful job of taking care of all of us during our reunion, from the cooks to the wranglers and everyone in-between. We hope that you will consider bringing extra cash to tip the employees that you feel have done an outstanding job. You’re welcome to tip individual employees, but it may be more convenient for you to pay a group tip that the Rockin’ R managers will then divide up between all the employees who help while we are there. Envelopes will be provided at the Front Desk for gratuities.

We do not want cost to be a factor in deciding whether you can or cannot attend the Lundgreen Family Reunion. It's more important to us that you come. If you are unable to pay the full price, please contact Camille at 801-733-9538 or camille@rockinrranch.com and we'll make adjustments.
