Swimming and Tubing
It never gets blistering hot at our elevation, but you’re likely to want to cool off in the summer afternoons. No fussy rules and regulations here: you can take a dip in the old swimming pond in your t-shirt and cutoffs if you want. For a whole different change of pace, grab a tube and take a fast-paced run down the river! We’ll drop you off under the towering trees on the bank of the river, then pick you up later at a designated spot downstream. (Youth need to be at least 12 years old to go tubing down the river with us).
